Wife made mistake of starting her vehicle in panic mode on alarms system and then shut it off. After that it wouldn’t start, put it in neutral to have it towed and the wheels are locked. Someone said we need to have the computer reset. I need to know if this is true and if so how do I get the wheels to move to have it towed?
