Powerboard is NOT the issue here, only a ledstrip. To replace this, you need to dissasemble the television fully to get to the strips.[br]

You can replace a strip where the defect led’s are on it, or replace the  led’s themself, but you need to know what your doing. It takes some skills.[br]

I have done this many times..
