When I try to charge the Gear Fit2 it flashes the “hot” sign. The battery is dead and I cannot charge it due to this warning. The watch is not hot. Does anyone know where the temperature sensor is? Is it built in to the battery? I have cleaned the charger, the pins, the back of the gear. help and thank you
