F11 will give the “factory reset”.

After that why not upgrade to Windows 10 which is free for ‘activated’ copies of Windows 7?

Download “Windows10Upgrade9252”  from:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

or if you have a USB drive use the “Create Windows 10 installation media” option.
