My kindle battery died. It has now been replaced and recharged. Each time I carry out a reset it goes through a boot up and displays a page, “Repair needed contact Amazon”. In the bottom left of the screen is displayed the word battery.
I did read some advice to add a file in the root directory but my laptop cannot access the drive .
Any ideas??
