We have a Cannon PIXMA MX472 and we are getting an error code “5b02”. We researched how to fix this error and it led us to a “button combination” that did not work.
We then tried to remove the ink cartridges to get to the ink absorber pads but with the error, it wont expose the ink cartridges in a position to remove them.
