It may, but it is doubtful. It would have to have all the same futures (same steering wheel controls,  etc.) You would be better off buying the specific model wire harness from a dealer like Crutchfield.

Also, Crutchfield support is amazing! They would probably be able to tell you if the connections would work on another ford radio.
