clicking noise in my brand new penny 32" cruiser

I recently bought a new penny 32”cruiser and over a couple of days I hear a clicking noise coming from my back trucks . I tried tightening the trucks but carving becomes harder and almost impossible I have also noticed that this only happens when my trucks are loose , any help to fix this would be highly appreciated :)
