Cambio is fragile in the face of Windows updates. Try the obvious first: reset it. Small round button on the back that you will probably need an object like a pen or pencil to push (it’s intended to be difficult). I’ve had to do that several times after Windows “feature” updates. Usually gets it working again, or at least allows the update to complete. Also, If you try to start several times and it doesn’t work (feature update), Windows will often fall back into the recovery environment, at which point you can roll back to the previous release that worked or do a reinstall. Make sure you have a Micro SD card installed with at least 10-15GB of space when doing a feature update; it’s very likely that there isn’t enough space in the main storage to do a Windows install if you have much other stuff in the computer.
That said, my Cambio has taken all of the feature updates to Windows 10 through 1809, though not without at least one “fresh start” after a few weeks.
