Try starting the phone in [https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34011|safe mode] to check if it works OK or not.
If it works OK then a ''downloaded'' app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one is the culprit.
You need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one, and test the phone between each uninstall. When it works OK the last downloaded app that you uninstalled was the cause of the problem
