-++@crisuarez++  depending on your model but usually you gain access to the panel by first removing the 2 screws that hold the vent above the door. That will cause the vent to tilt to the front and you need to slide it to the side to remove it off the hinges. Once that is done you should have 1 screw that holds the control panel in place. Remove that screw an slide the control panel from the bottom in an upward direction to get it off its hinges. Remove the wiring harnesses from the control board to free it from the MW.
