Hi y'all. I have the RS 135 RF headphones and, same as you, I bought it 5 years ago and all of a sudden it just stopped working. Neither green or red lights come on the transmitter and the only sound coming out of the headphones is white noise.

Hi y'all. I have the Sennheiser RS 135 RF headphones and, same as you, I bought it 5 years ago and all of a sudden it just stopped working. Neither green or red lights come on the transmitter and the only sound coming out of the headphones is white noise.
1st Step – Replace the original batteries that came with the system. I figured I didn't know what happens when the batteries die, so maybe this is it. {swapped batteries} Nope. No lights. Next? What's next? Google will know! {found this post and read suggestions. eventually learned how to reset the headphones.} Let's reset!
2nd Step – Disconnect everything, wait 15 minutes, and reconnect power and audio sources. {30 minutes later} {plug in power source. plug in audio source} And….? {crossing fingers} AHA! Yes! The green light is on. {switch on headphones} Yes! Success! {sigh of relief} I can finally watch my shows. {30-45 seconds later} **white noise** {heavy sigh} F@#$. Next…
3rd Step – Change the transmitter channel. The switch was on the middle setting and so I first moved it left. {checking for lights} Nothing. Moved it right. {checking for lights} Aaaand nothing. Sssoooo… Next? Is there a next? I don't know. Back to Google…
