Screen Glitches after back glass shatter.

I dropped my Iphone X resulting in the back glass getting shattered.[br]

After I shattered the backside the front screen started clicking things in a spesific part of the screen by itself. Bottom/mid right side. [br]

No Visual glitches or damage can be seen on the front screen.[br]

Has anyone encountered the same problem and have a fix?
