How to fix my kindle that keeps rebooting?

My kindle has been rebooting itself for 12 hours.

I tried everything,  keep it charged, press the button for 40 seconds.

I also plug it in to my usb but no usb drive appeared.

Here is how my kindle looks like - rebooting itself for 12 hours.
