I recently purchased a new vizio 4k tv and a new 4k fire stick to go with it. For some reason, the stick doesn't work with the tv. The fire tv logo shows on the screen, but then I get an error that says something like “hdmi2 hot plug."
The 4k stick works on another, older screen that I have. The hdmi port on the tv works fine with other hardware, including another fire stick. I can't isolate the problem.
Any ideas?
