The real issue is in the settings you need to turn off the NFC feature then everything will work the store and all the apps will run accordingly.
Reset your device do not log into google account until you have turned off the NFC feature otherwise it will screw everything up
so when initializing it promopts you to add your google again do not add it at this time let me know if that works for you
