Make power is off.

Remove battery.

Press power button for about 10 seconds.

Put battery back in laptop.

Press and hold the F2 button  , then press the power button.

DO NOT RELEASE the F2 button   until the BIOS screen display.

Reverse that last BIOS setting you change - you don’t say what it was.
