Possible simple solution:

Had this problem and corrected it by upgrading indoor 75Ω coaxial cable from standard RG59  to  RG6 .

RG6 just has better shielding than RG59

Check what cable you currently have. Should be very faintly printed on the outer

Maybe you could do this all the way from the antenna .
