Nano was working last night. Now will not charge even though plugged in. Checked and tried different cords. Tried toggling hold switch back and forth and nothing worked. Tried resetting, holding menu and select. The Apple symbol does not appear on the screen remains black. Thought maybe hold switch was going back and forth but not going off of hold internally, pressed down on top to turn switch still did not work. Where do I send this to be fixed? And can the music be taken off if it can't be repaired?
