To disable CW in most Android phones open the ''Phone app'' (the app that is normally used to make calls) and then press the menu key to see the setting options available. It is usually in there (it differs as to exactly where in there, depending on the make and model number of the phone, so you may have to check all the options available in the Phone app settings ;-)
