Hi Lynn,

Has this just randomnly occured or was it during use? It could be that the bulb(s) may have blown as this is a typical thing to happen to toaster ovens through all of the heat cycles they experience they can wear out rather quickly. I would suggest an over heat protection feature although you stated the red light is on meaning this is not the case. Do you have the model number and I can take a closer look at a possible solution for you.
