Might be a solder connection that has gone bad. As metal expands and contracts in heat and cold, the difference in temperature could cause a solder joint to get a good connection when cold, and loose the connection when hot. Inspect the board with a magnifying glass for any obvious faults. Using a hot air gun you could try to reflow all the solder joins on the PCB. Hope this helps!
