If it is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, I suggest that you return it for a replacement.

I cannot find a replacement switch online, you may have better luck.
You could always try [http://www.shure.com/americas/about-shure/contact-us|contacting Shure] and ask if the switch is even available as a spare part.
