Nintendo Switch charging port solder repair

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem I've got, I've bought a broken switch in the hopes of repairing it and selling it on. I've taken it apart and found the charging port pins aren't connected to the motherboard so it's not taking charge to the battery. It seems to just be the external pins though not the internal ones. So my issue is that the pins don't reach the little spots of solder on the motherboard so I'm wondering if I could put my own solder in and if the pins need to be individually connected to the mother board or if I could put one line of solder in and connect them all to the motherboard? Hoping someone with more experience will know, any help is appreciated and feel free to ask any questions about it. Thanks in advance
