The rear touch display screen on my GP 5 Black is black! Won’t activate. Camera itself and the front screen work fine but rear screen won’t ‘turn on’. From other forums I understand that this model GP has no setting to turn the screen off (to save battery life) so there can be no question that my screen has been accidentally turned off. Some users would like the option of turning the screen off however it is necessary to properly change settings and review footage, etc.
Is it worthwhile (economically viable) to have the camera repaired?
