We have just the same as @katelynnlingle! Player has won't play 2 specific disks, one of them blu-ray and one DVD. Took blu-ray back to shop and replacement is just the same. Both appear to be correct region and undamaged, have used lens-cleaner on player, and has played other disks (including ones bought since) with no issues. What do you think the problem might be?
