Camera Sensor damage ( Ants bite ) whats to do?

MY DSLR Sensor become damage after ants entered inside the camera , i removed ats from the camera after keeping the camera in sunlight . But i found that a dark portion generated in the sensor . i tried to clean the area with cotton . But its seems that , the dark mark came from side the sensor . What to do   ?
