My lt2000 Craftsman riding mower won't turn over when cold. Starts fine when hot. Will soon over fine with spark plugs removed but with plug installed And cold it will turn over until it gets compression then stops. Let off if key and it will crank until it hits compression again. Starter and battery are both new
