If you just got the TV, does that mean you just bought it or got it used? If you had just bought it, take it back to the retailer and ask for an exchange as it’d be under warranty I’d assume.
However, if not, make sure all connections are tight, and try a new HDMI cable.
However if you tried both of those and none of them fix your problem, you may need to look into either finding a LED screen that supports it and repairing it yourself, or take it into a TV repair shop.
