This happened to me too, you don’t actually need to replace the lenses, the solution i did was easy. All you need is a lint-free cloth, a non-gel toothpaste ''''''(i would recommend one with baking soda because it works better), and a damp cloth. First, clean the lens well and dry it using a lint-free cloth. Apply a dollop of toothpaste to a soft cloth and rub it into the scratch using a circular motion.  Then, use a slightly dampened cloth to clean away any leftover toothpaste. It doesn’t fix the scratch but should hide it.
