Can't hard reset my RCA Viking Pro 10

My Viking Pro 10 UI stopped I try to reset the tablet using a paperclip it didn't work. I tried holding the power button for 10 seconds to reset  it didn't work .Won't go into safe mode and it will not hard reset at all. Why won't it hard reset? I don't know what's wrong. Can anybody help?
