There is an [https://www.searspartsdirect.com/product/3n105oywnj-0046-363|evaporator fan #410] behind a panel inside the freezer compartment that should be running to cool the fridge down to the required temp. You should be be able to hear the fan stop and start as you open and close a door.
if you can’t hear the fan it is either faulty or may be “iced up'‘ preventing it from turning. If it is iced up there may be a problem with the defrost system, e.g. defrost bi-metal thermostat or the defrost heater
