I have 2 4GB RAM sticks, when I use the bottom slot only, it boots normally with both sticks (One at a time), but when I use the top slot none of them work, also when I insert both sticks gives me the 4-beep Memory error.
Can someone help me out? I’m lost now.
Edit: the Lap is an M14x R1, it was not listed on the devices dropdown.
