Im getting really mad because my blu phone wont turn on to my phone. I restarted it because the camera wasn't working but it froze on the colorful blu bold like us screen. I've tried rebooting it and restarting and charging but it gets stuck on the colorful blu bold like us screen and i dont think i can take off the back or anything. PLEASE HELPPPPP
