Did you try taking the battery out, then plugging the charger in and powering it on with the battery still out? Just checking if it’s just a battery. If you’ve done this and no luck, unfortunately your phone has a beyond repair issue (really difficult to repair and requires finding faulty components and re-soldering new ones on). The only easy way to repair it is to find a working motherboard and swap it with your current motherboard.
