The phone is new .. I have got it for a month now
Its an Android Phone running 7.1 version
The issue started last week when I pluged in my phone to the charger … The phone started charging normally and then stoped. it stared again and then stoped. sometimes for amount of seconds and some times for minutes even for hours. when I ignore it or unplug it and replug it again the phone charges for 100%.
As i am typing this … the phone is charging normally … oh wait its doing it again charge then stop then charge again.
I asked some reparing men about the issue they said its not the battery; its not the cord (I tried a bunch of them) its not the charging port in the phone.. some of them said that I should open it up and clean it (the phone has bulidin battery)
I am asking in the forum to know if it is software issue or hardware one.
