Why is my 55 inch curved tv not coming on?

I have a Samsung curved led tv 55 and my son unplugged it because he couldn't find the remote and now the standby light is constantly flashing and won't turn on. I've taken it apart looked underneath all the boards and nothing looked burnt tested the fuse and it was reading 60 volts my cord was reading 122 nomiminal. Need help
