I researched a little bit more and the t con board doesn’t seem to be the problem here. T con board failures usually result in a discolored and noisy screen. This seems to be the panel. You could attempt a t con board replacement for your model as they don’t seem very expensive but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. I recommend purchasing a new TV or trying something else. If you want to attempt the replacement, I do have a few things to help you out. Remember, attempt at your own risk:

* Here is a helpful video that shows you how to replace the t con board on your specific Vizio TV: [https://youtu.be/hmZEtB9ePjg|https://youtu.be/hmZEtB9ePjg]. This video also shows to replace other components on your TV also by the way.
* Also, search on Amazon for a t con board for your TV model.

Hope that helped!
