I tried holding the power and home buttons at the same time for one minute, still nothing. I cleaned the charging port, no help. I used different chargers that are for the iPad, I also used car charger for iPad. I took the iPad to a Electronic repair in Pueblo Co. They said that it was the logic board or charging port. They suggested buying a new iPad. It has never been dropped. Also was told that the charging port is soldered in place and would not be easy to fix. I left Electronics 25 years ago with high blood pressure, so I can fix almost everything. I worked for Avery/Dennison Label, so if you have any idea, I can try. Thank you
