Paper wavy when it exits printer

I have a Samsung SCX3405W  multifunction printer and when I scan or print the last 2” or 3”  of the  paper comes out wavy. Played around with printer paper settings but nothing helps also tried different grain of paper so I assume something is faulty inside the printer.

Any ideas?
