Admittedly it doesn’t state where the rectifier is actually located but it must be very close to or a part of the alternator. There should be 5 wires attached to the rectifier, ''Yellow, White/Red and White/ Blue'' from the alternator, ''Red'' from the battery and ''Black/White'' from earth and also a ''Green/White'' coming from the alternator as well which goes into the regulator section. so it should be easy to spot.
