Do HTC one mini's have internal SD cards?

My phone died years ago (stuck in bootloader) and ahead of binning it I was wondering if it had an internal sd card I could extract (by ripping it apart) to get hold of my photos. I’ve looked at a few replacement videos, but can’t see if the internal memory is as simple as an SD card.

As you can guess, I’m not expecting to put it back together!
