My screen randomly displays neon-colored text on random website pages; usually about 50 or so words that go from colored to normal black upon dragging the cursor across. Also, while using skype today the entire screen went to hundreds of neon colored stripes across the whole screen; “ghost” images could be seen in background; lasted about 1 minute.
