So I haven't use my tablet in a couple of months. I power it on and it goes right to the green screen that has the date and time. I can't seem to get past this. I don't know if it's locked, there is a padlock icon a small one at the very bottom of the screen. I tried swiping up in a cross and nothing. I also tried doing a factory reset and it still takes you back to the screen. Any suggestions? I thought in the past that I would just swipe up on the screen but that's doesn't seem to be working and I could also be wrong. Maybe it was a different screen where I swiped up.
