My 98 civic won't start when I turn the key on I don't hear the fuel pump come on. I was told that the main relay is supposed to have power to both sides. When I push down on the relay I hear the fuel pump come on. What could be the cause for the the relay not to be hot on one side? Also would that cause there to be no fire to distributor? Can you please help
