put it in dfu mode then restore. you'll have to hold the power and home button for about ten seconds while it's powering up (till the screen shuts off) keep holding these for about 2 seconds after the screen shuts off then let go of the power button but keep holding the home button for about 10 seconds (till it shows up on itunes) make sure you have it plugged into the usb while you're doing this.
