plug the phone in to wall charger overnight before attempting to turn on. If it is not charging then the problem may be the charger or it may be the battery is dying..it is 2 years old and probably had a fair amount of use. If you buy a new charger don’t buy a cheap one, buy the alcatel branded/reputable brand.
