I also have a iMac 27-inch 2.93 GHz Core i7, ID iMac11,3 (mid 2010).

I recently upgraded to 32GB and a SSD.

Would really like to know if upgrading the video card to a Metal-capable GPU if possible.

I don't really intend or feel the need to even start thinking about a new Mac.

I run Adobe Creative Cloud applications with ease, since upgrading the Ram and HD my machine runs better than when first I purchased it.
