electrical (battery) power dies repeatedly when at slow speeds

My Yukon power dies occasionally while driving slowly, i.e. the exit ramp of the highway, or around a plaza.

When it happens it usually happens for a few minutes, then the car is fine, but it is so sporadic that the mechanics cant find the problem.

Any ideas
