I have a hp touch screen model # 15-f010wm and I always leave it on my desk at home so it shouldn't have to be reconnected. The other day I go to do my homework and it isn't connected top my internet and I can't figure out why. I have reset my laptop from the recovery screen but still can't connect. My phone and other devices are still connected so I don't think it's my internet service. What do I do?
